Healthcare
Coordinating medical tourism into Israel through direct cooperation agreements with Israel's leading hospitals.
This capability provides medical tourism services into Israel exclusively; treatment is not coordinated in other countries, and RKM INTL does not operate or represent a worldwide provider network. Our medical relationships are exclusively with Israeli hospitals and Israeli medical specialists, formalized through cooperation agreements with leading institutions including Sheba Medical Center, Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov), Herzliya Medical Center, and Assuta Medical Center Tel Aviv. The Managing Director is officially licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Health as a Medical Tourism Agent.
Our role covers the complete patient journey: matching patients with the appropriate Israeli hospital and physician, medical documentation, treatment planning, travel coordination, accommodation, translation when required, and ongoing communication with hospitals and physicians throughout the case.

Defense & Security
Structuring representation, teaming, and market-entry agreements for defense and security providers entering government markets.
RKM INTL is not a manufacturer. This capability is built around business development for defense and security providers that need a structured route into a new government market: negotiating representation and distribution agreements, arranging teaming structures between international providers and local partners, and supporting the procurement engagement itself — RFI and RFP response, agency and distributor appointment, and the local content or offset terms a program typically requires.
The work is positioning partners directly in front of the government bodies and institutions that make procurement decisions, and then structuring the commercial and contractual relationships — representation rights, distribution terms, teaming agreements — that carry a program from market entry through to long-term delivery.

Technology Ventures is where RKM INTL creates businesses. This capability is venture creation and business process development, not software development or AI services — the group identifies a commercial gap, structures the venture that closes it, and operates it as an independent business. Technology is the tool used to build the venture; it is never the product RKM INTL sells or delivers as a vendor.
Selected ventures created through this capability include PAY4HEALTH and DIRECT OR CONNECT. Each was originated, structured, and capitalized by RKM INTL, and each now operates as its own business — with its own market, its own customers, and its own operating model — rather than as a service line of the group.

International Business Development is the flagship capability of RKM INTL — the discipline every other capability is structured through. It is where opportunities are identified, partner relationships are structured, and every venture the group builds is evaluated before it becomes a commitment. Healthcare, Defense & Security, and Technology Ventures each operate as a distinct discipline; International Business Development is what connects them into one group with one governance process.
That experience is built on decades of international commercial activity across regulated industries and, among them, luxury markets — including diamonds, where sustained cross-border negotiation and global supplier relationships shaped how the group approaches new markets today.
