RKM INTL's capabilities are represented by a single point of accountability — not a layer of intermediaries.

Founder & CEO | RKM INTL

Roy Kesel Meilichson

Roy Kesel Meilichson is the Founder & CEO of RKM INTL, overseeing international business development and strategic partnerships across the group's capabilities — healthcare, defense and security, technology ventures, and international trade.

His focus is on building the relationships and structures that let each capability operate correctly within a highly regulated environment, and on representing the group directly to the governments, institutions, and partners it works with — rather than through intermediaries.

In Healthcare specifically, he is a licensed Medical Tourism Agent by the Israeli Ministry of Health and a Certified Complex Medical Event Manager, supporting the coordination of complex medical cases, international patient pathways, and institutional healthcare cooperation.
